Weekly Kindermusik classes are offered at Kid Station! Classes consist of singing, moving, listening and simple instrument play. Children will enjoy making music with rhythm sticks, jingle bells, sand blocks, drums and more. Scarves, hoops and streamers will keep them moving to music while helping them develop their sense of balance, timing and spatial awareness. Storybooks will be incorporated some weeks to help their language skills grow with singing, echoing, rhyming and object identification. Each week music concepts will be taught in a fun, no-pressure atmosphere. Ages 18 months and up. $50 monthly fee (price includes a magazine and CD. Every other month the kit includes an instrument!) "Kindermusik with Ms. Annette & Friends" has been awarded the Maestro Award putting us in the top 1% of Kindermusik studio's in the world by Kindermusik International. Ms. Annette has over 9 teachers working along side her to provide the best music and movement program in the Mid-South area.
Tada is a visual-arts enrichment program. All classes are taught by artists or those pursuing a career in the arts. Tada classes are based on a 4wk schedule at Kid Station (one class a week =4 classes). We are offering beginning classes in our three media categories: Dry media(4wks), Wet media(wks), and Dimensional media(4wks). All classes are offered in two age divisions: 3-5 yrs and 6-12 yrs.
